Targets can be broken down on the OPSP into specified timeframes, including Quarterly, Annual and Three-to-Five-Year Targets. 4) Themes<\/h2>\n

The purpose of a<\/span> quarterly theme<\/span><\/a> is to incentivize team members with gamification and rewards, leading to increased productivity and dedication.
