This commitment is rewarded by creating a brand loyalty in the customers. Bill and Eugene both compared their affection for staying at a Ritz-Carlton to flying on Southwest Airlines. Both felt very safe and secure knowing they were with an airline they trust, and that trust was built through a commitment to pleasing customers.<\/span><\/p>\n Bill and Eugene also dive into the current market volatility. $1 of bitcoin invested in 2010 would now be worth $90K.
