But they also present many surprising insights.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Among the report\u2019s key findings are: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Companies on Align typically see a 3.5x increase in number of priorities completed from month 1 to month 15. The number of priorities taken on compounds over time as companies hone their execution skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Teams that participate in daily or weekly huddles not only improve communication but also see a 5% increase in eNPs (employee net promoter score, a metric used to measure engagement).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organizations that use Align to manage daily and weekly huddles complete 60% more priorities than those that don\u2019t.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Companies with an eNPS score of 50 or greater complete 45% more priorities each period than those with low employee satisfaction.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Overall, the report provides some of the best evidence to date on how companies should address the challenges of implementing a strategic plan.
